The ribbon connectors can be carefully pulled off. The larger wires/connectors can be carefully removed from the pump motors and plungers/solinoids and the circuit board section put out of the way. It would be pretty simple to just swap this with a known good one that was compatible if your problem was purely electronic. I suspected mine was not. |
After the next section comes apart the solenoids are free. They are completely different. Watch for all the O rings and seals! |
As the next section comes apart it releases the back of the motors. The ribbons run to pressure sensing pads in both ends of the unit. It's pretty clear from the accumulation of crud which is the rear circuit. |
